Stable atlas identifiers are retained for existing anatomy; per-mesh FBX identities and source names are recorded in provenance.json and each asset. New cartilage identifiers are ZA plus the FBX object ID, not FMA identifiers. Changes: source world matrices, axis conversion, exact-coordinate indexing and reflected winding correction. All source triangle surfaces retained. Native variant retains source coordinates; registered variant applies one positive uniform scale, rotation and translation shared with the registered rectus muscles. No local deformation, cutting, new mirrors, invented anatomy or opacity. Left source objects may use author-created reflected transforms and are not independent bilateral specimens. The production loader replaces matching legacy geometry rather than overlaying duplicate meshes. Native Abdomen uses the native variant. Body, Trunk, Chest and thoracic vertebrae in Back use the registered variant. Other scene objects retain their own recorded provenance and licenses. Registration to remaining BodyParts3D shoulder-girdle bones, lumbar spine and muscles is approximate. Attachment accuracy and absence of intersections are not independently established. Specialist anatomical review remains pending. No artificial anterior bridges are added to floating ribs 11–12; separate short cartilage caps are not established in this source audit. This is not a complete thorax with all tissues.
